Conservative Party Cambridgeshire Mayoral selection hustings

Notice is hereby given of a General Meeting of Members residing in the Cambridgeshire Authority Area the purpose of which is to select the Conservative Candidate to contest the election for Mayor of Cambridgeshire which is to be held on 4th May 2017.

The meeting is to be held at:

Sir Harry Smith Community College

Eastrea Road,

Whittlesey,

Peterborough,

Cambridgeshire PE7 1XB

The meeting is on 21st January 2017 commencing at 2.00pm

Only Association members who have been members of the Party within the devolved authority area for not less than three months at the time of the General Meeting are entitled to vote.

Each applicant’s Standard CV form for the General Meeting will be provided to attendees as they arrive.

In order to be eligible to vote at the interviews, a member must be present for all of the interviews that take place at this stage. If a member arrives late, or does not stay for the whole process, then they will not be eligible to vote nor may they play any part in the proceedings.

Registration to attend the event is essential.
